From what I understand the half life of Lyrica is approx 6 hours.
That means every 6 hours, the amount in your is reduced by half.
For example:
6 hours ... 1/2 gone
12 hours ... 3/4 gone
18 hours ... 7/8 gone
etc
It is important to note, however, that stopping Lyrica abruptly if you have been taking it for awhile can cause some withdrawal symptoms.
If you are concerned about a drug test then I would say you are okay. Lyrica is not a narcotic and they usually don't check for it.
