Whats the be all/end all accurate answer to my scenario: i just finished a total of 180 Tabs of the 7.5/500 Lortabs at a rate of about 6 Tabs per day. I finished TODAY....Q: HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I AM ABSOLUTELY CLEAR OF HYDROCODONE IN MY SYSTEM FOR A URINE DRUG SCREEN, PRE EMPLOYMENT? THX, SINCERELY , CURIOUS

I think the reason you haven't gotten an answer yet is due to the fact that no one can actually give you a definitive one. Medical science isn't precise, so we can only give you an approximation, with no guarantees that it will apply to you and that you will be completely clean for a drug test in any certain amount of time.

I can look at the latest updated information and tell you that for most people the active narcotic in Lortab, which is Hydrocodone, is detectable in urine for approximately 6 days after last dosing. However, that is as accurate as I can offer.

The time frame will vary from person to person, because it is affect by various individuating factors, such as your metabolism, overall health, activity levels, fluid intake, other medications you may take and etc., so there is no way to figure all that in and give you any other answer.

And though rare, there have also been instances where someone has taken a low dose of a medication once and it's been detectable in their body for the rest of their lives.

The 6 day time frame is usually accurate for most people, but I can't say if it will be accurate for you. I wish I could be more precise, but I can't.
