I cannot tell you anything about it, unless you provide the complete imprint from the pill. There aren't any marked Lortab 360, and there aren't any Lortab with a dosage of 360 of anything, so you need to provide me with more information if you want to know about this pill or you want confirmation of what it is, please provide the full imprint and I will gladly research it for you.

Is this, perhaps the pill you were talking about? Marked M 360?

If this is it, it contains Actaminophen 750mgs, and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs and it is a generic for Lortab.
