Loose Motion In Tamil

If I eat something after few minutes that will effect loose motion...
1 St Day morning I can't eat my breakfast.
And then starts loos motion that day evening vomited.. ... I loss my full energy
2nd day this also symptoms.. . But not more effect..
And today 3rd day almost I recover but lightly continues loose motion. .
My doupt is what is the reason for that problem. Whereas again come this problem what can I do?
