Hello, Job! How are you?
I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find any with the a 205 on them.
However, what I can tell you is that tablets with the L followed by 3 numbers that are blue and oval are over the counter products. Going by this description, if I had to make a guess, I'd take a stab at it being a store brand of Aleve, which is Naproxen Sodium that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this NSAID as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
I can't be sure, as I said, since I can't find a listing. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
Does anyone else recognize these tablets?
