I'm on Topamax for depression right now and it seems to be working great for me.

I have started on Topamax for about a week now for seizure control. I have only had two of them,but we thought this would be the best option since I have two small children at home. I was trying to find information on topamax and antidepressants, I have had the best week. I don't think I ever realized I had a real problem with with obsessive compulsive and anxiety, but I finally broke down on Sunday and my husband and I decided I needed to talk to someone. This was prior to taking the medication. Like I said this was a great week. I can't believe how calm I was and how normal I felt. I didn't know if it was in my head or if there was some type of antidepressant in the topamax. I can't wait to increase the dosage!! Has this happened for anybody else, or does anybody have any info?
