Don't order these pills... Neverrrrrr !!! this is buls***.... They charge me twice 87.47 $ ... these people are stealing your money.. And when u call them they are so rudeeeee ..they shout at me and hang up the phone. couldn't believe that.. NEVER NEVER ORDER!!!

Hi Daniela, Sorry to hear about your recent experience with Keragro. There have actually been several reports lately concerning the legitimacy of this company, as well as a number of complaints from individuals who received multiple charges on their bank accounts.

Some of these people have had success canceling and changing whatever debit/credit card that was used during the transaction in order to prevent future charges from occurring. So if you're still having issues with this, I'd probably encourage you to do the same and not order anything else from these scammers moving forward.

I did cancel but this is not the point.. i lost my money... and 174$ is a lot..

Have you tried contacting your bank or card holder regarding these fraudulent charges? That seems like the only option you have as far as making some sort of attempt to get your money back.

Perhaps filing a dispute for those transactions will also open the door for further investigations towards getting their company shut down. I'm sorry I couldn't be of better assistance Daniela, but it really is a sticky situation.

Does anyone else have some suggestions to add?
