i've been taking keppra for about 9 years now and I've noticed that it does make me sleepy. It's not really bad where I can't function or work. It's really easy for me to fall asleep at night. Aside from that I haven't noticed anything else. It really helps keep my seizures under control as well. I hope this helps***
