please read the information sheet thats provided, not unless this is a BS post, the crushing of the medication can lead to a overdose

You need to keep it in full form. I was cutting my Oxycontin in half and my doc had a talk with me about it. The pill works to fast and then your body craves more. Never break or crush ER medications it is not good for you

I guess it bears repeating. "contin," as opposed to "codone," refers to "CONTINuous release. It's formulated to release the drug over a period of time and methods to abuse the pill are ill advised. Straight, instant relief oxycodone, without the addition of 100's of milligrams of APAP or other anti-inflamatories are not the same. Oxycodone-Oxycontin.
