I need to know what this k44 round white pill with red and green specks in it is.

Sorry, I can't find anything listed in the US prescription drug databases for this, so I can only guess it is either a foreign drug or something available over the counter since they are not regulated as strictly.

I appreciate all the help I can get..This was found in the floor at my mother-in-law's house when we moved her clothes washer. We have small children in our family and I got a little worried. I didn't know rather to post on a board or call poison control for its identity. Thanks for your help.

I did discover that pills marked with a K are over the counter items, if that helps any. That would also explain why we cannot find an ID on it, they are not regulated like prescription items are, so there is no database on their imprints.

The company that uses this logo makes several generic OTC items that are sold in various stores as their generic or store brand equivelents of items such as Tylenol, Advil and etc.

umm okay, somehow, dont ask how i seriously dont know, i found 2 pills in my coat pocket that i havent worn for years, 1 is white and says K48 on it and looks like 2 layers put together, and the other is pinkish white with green and red specks on it on 1 side is K44 on the other is an A with a cross in the middle of the A, and i am sorry but i do not know what it is
