If I only take memory plus gold for only 3months will my memory be good after that? Or do I really need to maintain it?

This is just a nutritional supplement that contains a complex of vitamins and minerals that are thought to help with brain health and mental cognition, but there is no proof that it will actually do anything. However, these is no harm in trying it, since the nutrients it contains are vital to your overall health.

The FDA warns that it has been known to cause nausea, and diarrhea, in some people that take it, as side effects.

1 week na akong nag take ng memo plus gold...kasi malapit na.board exam namin. pero bakit parang mas nahihirapan na ako mag memorize at parang lutang ako kapag nag aaral... normal lang ba yon,?
