How To Get Adderall 20mg And 7mg Of Alprazolam Out Of My System In 48 Hrs

I took Xanax and Adderall, I lost three days, I see my pain doc on Monday and need to to get these out of my system. What can I use over the counter or any other suggestions?

What happened? Just wondering. I knew someone in a similar situation who submitted someone else's urine. He made sure that #1: The donor had not used anything recently. And #2. The donor was the same gender. Not sure if that step was necessary, but at least the test didn't turn up a pregnancy!

Do ALL doctors drug test before prescribing pain meds? I ask for 2 reasons. #1) If worse comes to worse, could you change doctors? And #2) because I have M.S. and been having to go to a methadone clinic to manage my pain because my last pain doctor cut me off for testing positive for THC. And since marijuana is the only thing that makes me able to keep any food down, well without it, essentially I would starve to death. Also, I don't know about cleaning your system that quickly but, I think your best chance is to take some azo standard (for urinary tract infections) and drink lots and lots and lots more water. And just flush out your system. With any luck it will be able to dilute the concentration of the drug in your urine to an undetectable level but, there's of course no guarantee. Best of luck to you. Its so messed up they punish you for your lifestyle decisions with torture and physical pain by taking away pain meds. I mean imho, that's just inhumane and goes against the Hippocratic oath.

I know this is an old post but go to your local smoke shop or head shop—where they sell pipes, bongs, rolling papers & ask for a cleansing product. Follow the directions on the bottle-it’s a drink & comes in a lot of different brands. You can get it online too. You’ll drink it the day of the test (follow the directions) & your pee will come out 100% free of any substances. The only con is that your pain meds won’t show up either. If you must take drugs, try to time them better. Give pills like that AT LEAST 5 days to clear naturally, sometimes up to 10 days.
