Is There A Difference Between Hydoecodone And Oxycodone

I am on roxy 30's and I was at a gettogether on Christmas day and didnt have my meds wuith me ,so a relative gave me a norco 10/325 and I took it. Didnt think about my drug screen conmming up on 12/29. Will they detect that I took that?My test are very detailed because of the oxys they have me o now., They can also tell excally what I have in my urine. I know that because they knew I took a ativan when I am perscriber xanax, So will they detect that or is 4 days enough for it to be undectected?

There is a difference. Hydrocodone breaks down to hydromorphone, Oxy to oxymorphone. So they can be distinguished.

A single 10 Norco should not be detectable at the 4 day interval.

The fact that they identified Ativan v Xanax, both benzodiazepine, indicates that a GC/MS was used. That provides a kind of molecular fingerprint for drugs. That is seldom run unless there is a positive read on the initial screen that is conducted by the less sensitive immunoassay technology.

Whether or not it is detectable after 4 days is really going to depend on your individual traits, such as your own metabolism, overall health, activity levels, fluid intake and etc.

It's generally 4 days in a urine test for most narcotics, but it is always going to vary from person to person.

I don't really know why they are still producing this drugs when in fact it's still addictive just like the other drugs used as painkillers. Yes, the intention is quite good (what the article mentioned) that they are producing this zohydro er to avoid liver damage as an effect for long term use of this acetaminophen but still it would cause harm to someone who gets addicted to it. On what I have read from other articles, in one of the states in America, 2,000+ people died who are all using hydrocodones. There are a lot of drugs they can use instead. Yes I understand that they want to help those who experienced chronic pain to avoid further injury but is this really safe?
