Hello, T man! How are you?
Lyrica is an anticonvulsant that has also been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders. Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, mood swings and weight gain.
It would seen your doctor prescribed it to try to help alleviate some of the typical issues that can occur, when stopping a benzodiazepine, including the possible risk of seizures that doing so can cause. Mood swings and anxiety are also possibilities.
Is it helping?
