Both contain Hydrocodone 10 mg and Acetaminophen 325 mg.

Thus, the only difference is that they have been manufactured by different companies. Watson, of course for the one, and Intrapharm for the other.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
