Instagesic-mr, Neurobion Forte And Omnigel
UpdatedI have been suffering from hamstring pull in my left knee. It occured 5 months back while doing an exercise. Since then my knee hurts and becomes rigid making it difficult for me to sit for long, walk or even stand for more than 5-10min. I consulted an orthopedician who told me to go for physiotherepy for 6 weeks and prescribed some medicine as well. I did physiotherepy for two weeks but didn't feel any change so i left that. Now i am working and dont get time for physiotherepy. I also used mavdol gel which provided a little relief but only till i used it. At last i went to my pharmasist and told him about this and he gave omnigel, instagesic-mr and neurobion forte. I want to ask that should i go for these medicines and gel ? What should be the dosage ? I have been advised twice a day.
