Hi, my name is Brett. I have been taking alprazolam starting with 0.5 mg 4 times daily and then the doctor kept moving it up for relatively appropriate reasons. This was about five years ago. I moved on to the 1mg 3x a day and my tolerance is just way too stong. Now I take the 2 mg at a time and even those barely handle my anxiety( terrible social anxiety, sweaty hands, shaky voice, and 2 seizures due to panic. I was not on the medication at that time. Not epileptic). So I suppose my question is can I get a very high dosage of alprazolam prescribed. I don't know the legal amount, but I would feel comfortable with 2mg 2-4 times a day. I would ask about another benzo but I assume they are all cross- tolerant. I'm not just trying to feel high, I just have a huge tolerance against antianxietal medication. I hope I didn't waiste your time and profession demands.
