Will a half of 37.5mg phentermine taken on Monday show up on my pain management urine drug test on Thursday morning? I had taken a whole one for four days in a roll then skipped Sunday! But they give me the energy I need with my bone disease so I was wondering if I can take that half tomorrow on Monday to get some errands run without it showing up on Thursday! I took phentermine and did a hair folical test and it shwed up as methamphetamine. Since i dont use any thing butt phentermine i demanded a retest and let them know i had my prescription i am currently waiting for the results

Phentermine/Adipex will show up on a urine drug screening as amphetamines. So, if you have a prescription, then you'll be fine; All you need to do is let your physician know.

I've been taking adipex for months now just about everyday I take it and I get urinalysis in one of those instant result cups every month and the adipex has never shown up. I do know that if you research it tells you that adipex only has a 4hr half life. So for example if you take a 15 mg adipex on Monday at 8am then at noon time (12pm) you would only have 7.5mg left then another 4 hrs later you would have about 3.7mg then another 4hrs it would be about 1.8 just a round about figure.
