I found a pill that is VERY small and hunter green, it has a DAN on top and a 5523 on bottom, what is this pill called and what are the effects?

The A mo tablet contains 50mgs of Metoprolol extended release (Toprol XL) (NDC 00186-1090). It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.

Inactive Ingredients:

- Silicon Dioxide
- Sodium Stearyl Fumarate
- Polyethylene Glycols
- Titanium Dioxide
- Paraffin
- Hypromelloses
