This pill is a narcotic bc it is a barb nothing else in it besides caffeine and yes it will impair you just took two like I was prescribed for my headaches and I can def feel it's affects!!

It ISN'T A NARCOTIC NOT A PAIN PILL I'M a RN AND I HAVE TO TAKE THESE BECAUSE I SUFFER FROM SEVERE MIGRAINES, AND BEING A REGISTERED NURSE I WON'T TAKE ANYTYPE OF NARCOTICS, SUCH AS Hydrocodin,Hydrocodone,,,, it's got caffeine in it, but ISN'T a NARCOTIC or Anytype of PAIN PILL. I hope this helps people here wanting to know.

No gave a definite answer if it was hydrocodone or acetaminophen/caffeine/bubital. So what is this pill. A pain med or a migraine med? Eagerly awaiting an answer of any kind.

It can cause drowsiness like most pills And as all things with caffeine can effect you it can cause a small amount of jitteriness but that is more so in people who are not use to caffeine ... The rest is mainly what all pills can cause

Well, it helps with joint pain too. It doesn't say that it does but sometimes i can't walk cause i hurt so bad and this help SO much. If someone takes this it's NOT going to give u a "buzz". I've heard people say it doesn't do anything. Well if your truly in pain it help SO much.
