Hi Mary,

I'm not aware of any current shortages for generic Norco, as there are no official announcements on the FDA's drug shortage list (linked below):

You may want to ask the pharmacy you go to if it would still be available at a different dosage/quantity than you're used to receiving from your doctor; (after of course making him aware of what's going on as well). From what I've heard in other threads, sometimes they wont fill your script if the dosage or quantity is more than they are prepared to dispense. So any adjustments to that might make it a little easier to fill your script on a regular basis. However I would also encourage you to check with other pharmacies in your area as well to see if they report having the same type of issues with carrying that particular dosage.

What is the question? Could you try forming a proper sentence? It would be really helpful.

As the October 6th deadline for new rules regarding HCPs (Hydrocodone Containing Products) is fast approaching, I would imagine many people are rushing to fill remaining refills on their prescriptions. Hopefully, within several weeks, things will be back to normal.

I think your right. No one has 7.5/325 Norco anywhere in Las Vegas.

I too am having this same problem... been trying for a week now to fill my hydrocodone 10/325 and no one has it, not even Walmart... I've never had this problem before now so something is definitely wrong here?!

I've been to TEN pharmacies today, because they can't tell you over the phone if they have them. NO ONE does! After TEN I gave up! The manufacturers have to repackage the product, then it has to be distributed in a VAULT!! Who has a VAULT to drive around??,???? it's irritating because I'm out! Have been on them for years because I'm waiting on FDA approval for an elbow implant. Besides the pain, there are withdrawls! It's ridiculous, what about us who NEED Them???
