No, you can't buy hydrocodone in a store. And whatever you do, don't buy it online from India! There is no medicinal qualities to it, and it is impossible to know what they have made it fromm.

You may be able to purchase tablets that look similar, however, it will not have the proper markings and any person who is familiar with them would know they are not the real deal.
