I cannot verify what it is from this description, there are many tablets made by Watson that bear their logo.

Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a generic for Lortab or Vicodin, it is a narcotic analgesic.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, constipation and dry mouth.
