Hello, my name is Dawn, I need to know how many times a day you take the pill Adelseril Sibutramina? What are some of the ways it effects you? How is the way to take it? Some people say don't drink caffine with it is that true? Can someone whose has taken this diet pill help me with my questions? Thank you

You only take one per day before you eat breakfast. Do not take more than one, if you forget take it as soon as you remember but do not double up. If you remember kind of late just wait for the next dose. It will make your mouth dry and you have to force yourself to eat. When you do, eat small portions. They work, I went from a size 20 to a 14 in 2 months. Good Luck.
