I get u.a every other day due to being a covict heroin dealer. I got out of prison 2 years ago and have taken subo every day since. Never once have I failed a drug test. So dummys stop giving false information your gonna f*** someone's life up by making them skip a drug test and get in trouble that way. A missed drug test equals a hot drug test

Ok. Not sure if anyone can really answer me accurately, but Im asking anyway. I've been on subutex, cheaper form of Suboxone but without naloxen, for about 3/4 years. I'm court order to be clean by November 18th, and my last dose was 1 and 1/2 on Friday November 1st. With my prolonged use of this opiod, will I have a clean urine test that test for sub by the 18th?

Hi, curvymomma, All I can tell you is what I read on the Subutex/Suboxone site and what I,ve found looking up "half life". The company and medical people can only give an estimate on half life of Bups but if you average all of it out its pretty safe to say half life of Bup is 72 hrs. or 3 days. All that means is every 72hrs a half of the Bup is gone. Then whats left in another72hrs half of what was left is gone. Another 72hrs half of whats left is gone again ect..ect.. All this boils down too is 72x4=288 or 12 days. What I never understood is do they mean the Bup is gone completely from your system (thats what I think) or do they mean its just come off the recepters on the brain? Sorry to be so confusing but I,m willing to bet your gonna be ok come testing time. I,m just wondering, have you been taking one and half of an 8mg Subutex every day? Today is Monday. You said you stopped Friday. Have you experienced any withdrawall symptoms?

Thanks Jolter, that pretty well answered my question. And to answer yours; yes, I've been on the same amount since I started and today is my first day of mild withdrawal. Gastrointestinal, aching, lathargic,and extremely sleepy. I've done a lot of research on Suboxone/ subutex and all I got was confusion. So thank you so much for your help!

Hey Curvymomma, A lot of people write about horrible wds off subs. I,ve weaned myself down twice in past keeping to an exact schedule. I jumped both times at very low dose. Not too bad at all. Nothing even close to an Oxy wd. I,m very interested to know how you make out jumping from a higher dose. If your up to it in next few days please let us know how your doing.

I took around the same amount Friday at 10:30am,and I've got a tst Monday at 4:00pm,but I've been drinking lots of wtr n pissing alot.do u think I'll pass.that'll hover 80 hr

To all you morons this is how it is.. All court systems are different.. suboxone has to be either listed as one of the chemicals ordered for you to be tested for at the lab or can be tested by a dip stick for a quick cup.... That's the bottom line.. One court I was in tested for opiates/oxys/cocaine/weed and that was it.. And that was a strict program, but they took a lot of urines. Everyone there was eating klonopins and taking subs.. When I say a lot I mean that estimating at around 100 people in the program each person took urines about 3 times a week. For my regular court they tested for Opiates Oxys Amphetamines (mdma, methamphetamines in the same category) Buprenorphine, Benzos, Cocaine, THC, and barbiturates which are not even common at all anymore and barely anyone takes them.. Average person takes a urine every two weeks or less.. Since there were less urines I'm sure that's why they tested for more drugs because there are a lot of drugs people could do and not be able to stop what is addiction.. But all in all most often than not Subs aren't being tested for because the test is big money to be throwing around so easily... and also for testing negative there are a million different variables but 3-5 days is the standard for them just like dope and other painkillers... everyone here wants to state their opinions like they're facts just because that's the way you see it go down... It can be different anywhere you go

I people had differen results depending on different variables. I know for a fact that suboxone showed as oxi morphone on a lab test ( that was after it lit up the opiate slot on the cup, they sent it to the lab). When I called suboxones maker about it they told me it varies depending on who makes the test, usage, length of usage.
Not trying to stir crap up. Just mentioning that it did in fact show positive. I'd be happy to scan the actual lab report if anybody wanted to see

I took 8mg of subs for 6 days straight . I have been off them for one week and I am still testing positive for it so I am flushing and will test again here soon. and yes they have a separate test to look for it. will check when mine clears but doesn't mean a lab wont trace after. not sure how long to remove. have heard the hotline says 11-24 days for complete removal from body. also depends on how much for how long. weight blah blah

You will be fine. Although I do not know the exact amount of time it takes from taking a sub until you are able to take an opiate and the naloxone interfere with the effects, I know from personal experience that I have taken opiates roughly 10-12 hrs after taking about 4mgs of sub and was fine. It all depends on the amount of sub's u take. But just to be on the safe side' I would wait at least 12 hrs. Also, if you take opiates with subs in your system, it will waste the opiate. That's all. But if you take subs while under the influence of opiates, it will put you into forced withdrawal and you will regret it..
