to whom it may concern I just went to detox I have done no other pain pill except opana by injection. nose did some roxy 5mg. my drug test come up positive for opiates and oxycodone.

U better do more research cuz opana is oxy and diladid. Cuz diladid is morphone. Not morphine.

R u sure those r the only ones that show up. I get a script of the oxycodone 30 mg. I get pee tested at my Dr. And they have those cups that say what is in it system right on the cup and I know that's mostly to see if anything else other then the pain meds r in there but then they send it to a lab. I need my oxycodone to show up obviously but I had to take a oxymorphone today 3 of the 15 mg and I have my pee test next Monday so 1 week. Think I'll be ok? I normally never take anything other then my 30s so I don't know. I'm really only worried because I know when u take something just once or twice it goes out of u r system quick but because I take one kind of opiate every single day I'm concerned this one will stay around during longer.

I took like 4 opana tens snorted half ate half. how long in system? I'm 5:8 height 160 lbs and 29 yrs old. drink allot of cranberry all the time and tons of water and do construction which Is very active

If I took a half of opana yesterday will it show up as an opiate in my urine, I take hydrocodone and need to give a urine test today, I had snorted it last night at about 8 pm.

No, it doesn't show up as opiates. I've been taking them for 6 months, just took 4 at home tests recently, passed all for opiates.

im 5'7 about 150 lbs, i insufflated an opana 40 to the head and pissssed clean exactly 48 hours later. pills dont stay in long. whoever said 5 to 7 days nooo way

I have a urine drug test Thursday morning and I insufflated about 1/4 of an opana. I do not do these on a daily basis. Will it show up in my drug test Thursday.

If oxycodone and oxymorphone show up as an opiate, then there wouldn't be a test separately for opiates and oxycodone. I****. You can use oxy and piss clean for opiates. That's WHY there are two different tests. Patients of mine who use oxycodone or oxymorphone test positive for oxy but clean for opiates. Oxymorphone shows up as oxycodone because oxyM metabolizes to oxyC. Stays in your system 3 days (water soluble).

It is prescribed but when I took a urine test for a job. cannabis showed up and I DO NOT smoke cannabis and I am not around anyone who does. Has anyone heard of that happening with 40 mg Opana twice a day?

You don't sniff them I hate it when people say that too. Sniffing is for smelling and smelling only! Insufflating is the correct word. Insufflating refers to inhaling something through the nasal passages. So therefore insufflating is the correct terminology and sniffing is completely incorrect terminology for this form of pill ingestion.
