How Long Does Methadone Show Up In A Blood Test
UpdatedI am scheduled for knee replacement surgery and I have preop blood work orders coming up soon. I have been taking Norcos for pain and ran out. Unfortunately, I started going through withdrawals. My daughter gave me a methodone pill to help. Now I am concerned it will show up on my blood test. I don't want to appear like I am an addict, I desperately need this surgery due to the pain it is causing me. I am 63 years old and I realize I made a serious mistake as I have been reading about methadone and it is a dangerous drug if not monitored by a physician. How long should I wait before my blood test?
