How Long Does Hydrocodone Stay In Your System (Page 2)

Hello, how long does Hydrocodone stay in the urine? I have a prescription for 10 mg - 650 mg Oxycodone/APAP. I took 1/8 of one pill due to pain I had in my back. Twenty hours later I had a random drug test by my company. Will it still be detected? Thank you.

I am going to the doctor to get a refill on my percription but I think he going to drug test me to see if they or in my system what do i need to do. because I don't have any in my system right now but need to have something in my system. I am going to see him on Friday @ 1:30 pm If I take a couple of 10s will that help I can get some tens but I take 7.5s

Hydrocodone half life is 3.8 hours. Cut the amount taken in half after 3.8, cut it in half again in 3.8 and so on and so on, make it 4 hours it will be easier. Usually after 4 days is good, "usually".

I am going to the doctor today too get my percription refilled at !:30 my percription ran out on Tuesday 8/14
I am going today Friday 8?17 what will happen when I go if I am drug tested is it better to go without it in your system or should their be a trace found someone told me here how to take it to put in system but I didn't do it because I was kind of afraid to put to much to put it in my system if my percription has ran out

@Jammie, I have never ran into any bad experience having none, in my system, I only showed traces, amounts not usually considered for a positive in court or workplaces. Also been clean, never was brought up. You will probably show up negative for hydrocodone, so, you had a bad first weeks of the 30 days and needed to take more, then back to your regular dosage, and ran out a few days early, and get scolded for not taking them as directed. Not a bad scenario, always save one for the night before or that day, don't always show up negative on your screens. You didn't say how you were going to mimic traces of hydrocodone, hydrocodone is a ketone of codeine. ( a group of hydroyl, in codeine replaced with a group carbon 14) Codeine will show up as morphine, as it metabolizes 10% into morphine, that's why they want to know your prescriptions you are taking. Leave out codeine or don't have a script it will show up morphine. Some opiates show metabolites of others. EX. Opana (oyxmorphone),has one main metabolite the same as one of Oxycodone, but not reversed. Oxycodone, has more metabolites. I'd rather be clean of your script, than try mimicking hydrocodone. All these codone's originate from codeine an opiate, and with one group and replaced with another is all the change in the chemical make up, as the reason they are called semi synthetic. Fentanyl is a pure synthetic opiate. Morphine a pure opiate, but Fentanyl is stronger. Jammie, don't cry over spilled milk. You will know in a month, and I believe you have nothing to fear, except fear it's self.

My question is I took 5/5mg Lortabs on Saturday. I will be drug tested on Monday (the last one I took was saturday night at 9pm). Will they be gone? I am drinking gallons of water and cranberry juice but I need feedback on will this help.

I took two 5 mg vicodin on 9/26/12. I have not taken any since then and the last time I took any prior was Friday 9/21/2012 and that was also two 5 mg. How long will it take for them to clear in my urine.

It will show on the test that to much is in your system. Its really depending on the kind of test they use st your doctor. Good luck!

I hear you. I was given Tramadol and that is the most useless pain reliever on the market. The drug companies make the opioids for next to nothing and sell them for exorbitant prices. Why can't they solve this? Loss of profit.

I took a hydrocodone/acephetamine 5-500mg. I just took one on Monday at roughly 9am. I had to take a urine test on Tuesday at 1:30pm. Will this show up on my test? And is that Vicodin or lortab???

Hydrocodone can be out of your system in 6 hrs and even if as needed then.you should have some left and have been willing to show them to your dr and he woild have been fine but with none in your styatem and you being out your taking yo much our giving them away people assume they will be in there system for at lesst a day not trur only 6 hrs. I told my dr i had not taken mine that day he said there was nonreason to test last time i went i showed him how nany i had left he was satisfied i go pain managment been going 4 years

I take two hydrocodone apap 10-325 a day took pee test after one month of taking them and came back clean....how can this be? I did take alot of alive to help me more and alot of benadryl because of all the cinnamon i was around that month and this month and i drink at least 20 16oz.cups of coffee a day..i take my first pill at 5am and my second one at 8pm daily my dr. Appointment was at 330pm . Could that of mest up my pee test somehow?

damn, you must live in the so called Bible Belt....no offense..I know how damn docs are..I' have been in chronic pain several years..I learned it had a lot to do with the state or country you live.....ps..about the Docs....many are fed up with the DEA..yet, many are in coherence with DEA...btw. It's all about the money
