How Long Do Valium 10 Mg Stay In Your System

From all info that I have come across it varies. For single use 7-10 days. For more than a single use or chronic users it can be from 1-6 wks. There are many factors also that can play a big role in excretion from the body. Its a coin flip really. Its half life is longer than other benzos. Ive heard of ppl taking 5mg of valium "just once for the first time" and fail a UA 9 days later. But ppl need to realize that 1. Ppl aren't honest all the time, so a "firsft time user" could be a chronic user or may have taken more than they say 2. Everyone's genetic makeup is different 3. Some ppl are more active and some ppl are more sedintary 4. Lets be real here... some ppl are overweight and lazy with horrible diets. So really there is no way to know really how long it will stay. I guess anything is possible. Benzos are fat soluble so they, in a sense, have to run thier course. I have been told by a MD that for a single use (a fairly low dose single use) that tour lookin at 7-10 days. I've been in those shoes stressing a UA. It is what it is. Just gotta hope for the best. Nothin more you can do.... unless you can put off your UA.

Hi, I took 3, 5mg valiums over a few days, and I have 22 days till my UA. Havent taken any in a long time besides these, Will I be OK?

does water flush diazepam out your system

No it does note help flush out the pill your body needs to metabolise it itself. Water can help this process but I'm not saying it will completely work
