How Long Do Opiates Stay In Your Urine Lab Testing / Spot Testing

I am wondering what the time frame is for heroin to be detectable in a urine test, and if it tested by a lab how long it needs to be clear rather than a urine spot test, thanks for any info.

Anywhere from 3 to 5 days. All depending on how frequently you use and the amounts you use. As a good rule allow 5 days for absorption or better yet don't abuse it.

I've always heard 3-5 days for opiates. However, I just saw a vid on YouTube by Narcanon saying they are fat soluble and can remain for up to 20-30 days much like cannabis can. I've been using for 25 years and this is a first for me. I suggest watching the Narcanon vid on YouTube before risking a job or your freedom.

just watched my son almost die from opiates! why even go there. please try to get help. i don't know what the addiction is like, never had to deal with the devil like that but please pray and try to get help. it's not worth your life or the hell you are living in now. just a loving thought and a prayer for you today.
