How Does Cytotec Work

The first day of my last period was 10th of july 2013, I hvnt seen it till now. I tested postive to being pregnant thou. I got cytotec, drank 2 and inserted one. But I hvnt started bleeding, just feeling cramps ,on and off. Nothing serious. Feeling nausea too
