Green Goddess Liquid Pain Killer

I suffer from chronic chest pains, and it feels like someone is crushing my heart, i get sharp pains, and it debilatates me. in the ER the have given me this green goddess and it worked wonders, hard to swallow after, but it killed the pain, well my ignorant Dr. refuses to subscribe it to me, she tends to think that the nexium will work one day. So i figure ill make my own green goddess, but all i know is that it contains lidocain,, maylox, or mylanta and something else. so if anyone could help me with my problem i would greatly appreciate it, i have dealt with this pain for 12 years, and im tired of it,. The name of this mixture varies from region to region, from what I can discover it contains Lidocaine, Mylanta and Donnatal.

The Lidocaine is a mild, topical anesthetic.

The Donnatal contains Atropine, Hyoscyamine, Phenobarbital and Scopolamine.

So, basically, your pain is caused by severe problems with acid reflux and this neutralizes that acid. It is not, however, actually an analgesic.

That said, preparing this yourself is going to be difficult since the Lidocaine and ingedients in the Donnatal are available by prescription only.

I am suspecting that the main reason your doctor will not prescribe it, is because it is only a temporary solution, while the point of using the Nexium is to help heal the damage that is causing the problem.
