If you got it in the US, it is not any form of a generic prescription medication. To be sold legally in the US, all prescription drugs, including generics must have unique imprints for ID purposes. If it has no markings, it has to be either a foreign drug or something available over the counter, and therefore is impossible to positively identify.

not true. If it is from a compounding pharmacy , it can be in a plain capsule.
