Getting Loose Motion

Hi,
I am feeling so lazy & tired and getting light low feavor frequently due to stomach problems, I am not getting motion frequently so I want clean my stomach on new weekend; I am looking to get loose motions heavily on weekend to clean my stuff.

Please suggest best medicine or capsule. Thanks in advance.
