yes im trying to find out about a pill with the #'s ( M360 ) its a white pill oval shaped. and a another one with the 's (lp109 . its a white pill with an small oval shape.

White oval with the R127 marking IS NOT Lortab, nor any type of narcotic, this tablet contains 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin, this is an antibiotic, used to treat various types of infections.

Some common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and skin rash.

M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, this is a generic for Vicodin ES, this IS a narcotic pain reliever.

Some common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

IP 109 contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, just a lower dosage that the other one, so this is a generic for Norco.

These medications can be highly addictive.
