Gas With Sompraz Hp

i am taking sompraz hp kit with sompraz 40mg since last three days as doctor said me after endoscopy i have tiny duodenal ulcer. but i am feeling still gas formation and something stuck in throat... what should i do.. should i wait till course of medicine finishes
