G 163 is a generic equivalent to Oxycontin 40mg - Time release 12 hour pain medication. Do NOT chew or crush this pill.

Yes, the prior ID post is correct. This is a generic for Oxycontin, which is a very potent, narcotic pain killer. If you chew or crush them, you can get too much of a dose at once and overdose very easily, they are also highly addictive.
