Folic Acid All 9 Tab

I am planning baby now.

May I take folic acid tablet along with All-9 tablet.
or All-9 tablet is sufficient here.

All-9 tablet is prescribed by doctor.
Folic acid I am taking since 1 month.

Folic acid needs to be taken 3 months prior to planning pregnancy and needs to be taken thruout your 9 months unless told by the doc not to, or any dosage changes. If folic acid is not taken the babies brain development will not be optimum, and also chances of heart disease n depression anemia etc are more. I just got off a phone call from my doc and she said this. Also use threptin biscuits, which are a huge protein source 4 nos a day. also 4 egg whites when u get pregnant and 2 egg white 1 month prior. Usually I add a yolk to 4 eggs to make it appealing n poached eggs are the best, no or lil oil consumption.
