This is confusion regarding the name of the medication, it is not metamorphine, there is no such thing, this tablet is 1000mgs of Metformin, a generic for Glucophage.

This is an antidiabetic drug, used to help control blood sugar levels.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, dry mouth, headache and diarrhea.
