Can Damaged Organs Cause A False Positive Methamphetamine

Will having only one kidney, a damaged liver and damaged spleen, plus taking Seroquel, Sertraline, Lisinopril, and Depacoat, show a false positive for methamphetamine?

Studies have shown in fact patients who have only one kidney, kidney infection, kidney disease, combined while prescribed seroquel in conjunction with intakes of M.S.M (meth-al-sophony-methane) will in fact produce false positives for both amphetamines, and methamphetamine s when urine samples are tested. Further more when sent to a lab, levels are found to be as much as 50 times normal readings. This is due to the body's storing of toxic chemicals and combination of medications.

I have liver disease and when given a urine drug screen it showed positive for both methamphetamines and amphetamines. I don't use street drugs. I do smoke marijuana. My prescription drugs are Adderall, Phenergan, Sudogest, Albuterol inhaler, alprazolam, flexeril, zyrtec, and invega, and occasionally Voltaren Gel.
