False Positive Amphetamines

I have taken 2 hair follicle tests... did not dye my hair at all. i have taken 5 urine tests and passed every one of these. but the last 2 times they sent me in for my urine tests, which i passed, they also had me use finger nail polish remover to remove my toe nail polish and nail tested me. both of these came back positive for amphetamines. At the place they took my nails they told me this would go back 90 days but the lab they were tested at told me it goes back 8 months! i am under supervised visitation and have lost custody of my children because of this. im getting a bit fustrated because i have not used drugs since my custody battle has started. these are my children we are talking about! i attend church every friday and sunday. they are pushing me to go to inpatient rehab. i have been accused of having a drug problem for 3 years now and im going to do the rehab just cuz i know the rehab is going to tell them i do not have a drug problem. i am fed up and to the point of jumping through rings of fire to get my babies back. but please, if you know of anything that might show a false positive for amphetamines on my toe nails please fill me in on this information and point me in the right direction of proving it. my daughter is 4 and my son is 3. they miss their mommy so so much and i miss them as well! my life is totally pointless not being mama. Please help!

I totally understand what your going through i am fighting for custody of my2 and a half year old Lil boy and have tooken and passed many hair folicles and then had to do a nail test which came back positive for amphetamines which is imposible cause i havent used since October of 2013 . Ive totally turned my life over to the lord and he has blessed me for that. But now this is happening i truley dont understand how this could happen. Ive honestly been clean for a year and three months. What state do you live in? And the research Ive done says toe nail grow slower than fingernails and they can go back over a year.

Hi Godchild,I went through a similar situation . I lost custody of my child for almost a year until I was able to submit a hair follicle after that God has blessed me with getting my baby back. I want to know in what state do you guys reside in?!! Because after being cursed with the worst free legal help that I can find, I later found out that there is NO JUDGE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA that will order a hair follicle test!! So as far submitting anything more may not have been the best idea or legal!! You may want to look into that especially if it wasn't ordered directly ordered from a judge TO UR FACE!! Because sometimes even attorneys are some of the worst enemy that you can have! so watch your back! God bless you and your babies<3
