I have leg cramp at night. Will evion 400 help. If yes, what is the dose?

No, this is a vitamin E supplement, so it might not help with night time leg cramps. The NIH warns that it may cause nausea, and diarrhea, due to its potency. It is usually most beneficial for the health of your hair, and skin.

Many times, nighttime leg cramps are caused by having too low of a potassium level.

Do either of you take any medications? When did you have your last blood work done by your doctors?
