It seems to me like it would probably be best to just contact your local benefits administrator or dial Medicare's number directly at 1-800-633-4227 for more specific details involving the coverage of certain plans they offer.

According to Medicare's website, you can also get personalized information about which plans cover your medication via the following page: medicare.gov/find-a-plan
