These are white blood cells that show our immune response, less than 350 cells per mcl is considered normal. Ideally, they should only make up 1 to 4% of your white cell count, so anything higher than that may indicated that you have some active conditions, such as asthma, leukemia, or other issues such as hay fever, or some other type of allergic reaction, according to NIH reports.
