Hi Jello ive been on it for four days now and it really do seem like im loosing weight so im going to stop taking them.....ima try wat u was drinking ...rite now im just goin to drink ensure.....because this pill doesnt work and im not going to eat till i throw up lol

k guys...well i don't know what 2 do. I dont kno if this is psychological, but i'll still keep trying 2 c if anything improves, cuz now i'm at a stand still. It's almost like the placebo effect. lol. (sigh) but rissa u shud ask 4 money back. Cuz i'm not wasting no dineros.well, good luck jell and ri ri. lol. k i'll stop now. but i like those nicknames. I'll keep tryin with ectoplan eventhough now i feel kinda discouraged. Substi-meal sounds good.

HEY YALL! I ORDERED ECOTPLAN (THE 2 MONTH SUPPLY) LIKE....UUMM MAYBE THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST AND I STARTED BUT STOPPED BECAUSE I HAD BEEN SO BUSY WITH MY NEW JOB..I HAVE AN EXTREMELY HIGH METABOLISM AND I EIGH LIKE 105 LBS!!! IM BOUT TO BE 21 YRS OLD N A FEW MONTHS N I AINT TRYNA STILL LOOK LIKE A LIL HIGH SCHOOL CHEERLEADER! LOL NOT TRYNA BE FAT EITHER! BUT I ALWAYS WANTED TO BE THINK IN THE RIGHT PLACES N I ALSO HAVE TO GAIN THE WIEGHT TO GO TO THE MILITARY BECAUSE IMA END UP LOOSIN WEIGHT IN BASIC TRAINING. BUT I STARTED BACK UP LAST NIGHT SOOO IMA KEEP YA POSTED ON MY RESULTS N YALL DO THE SAME! GOOD LUCK

HEY Stephie!!! I haven't been as consistent but after weighing myself i've gained 7.5 pounds. YAY, whoo hoo!! party over here! LOL!! This is alot for me b/c it's so hard for me to gain weight. i'm sure as hell gonna keep up with it from now on and no more slacking off 4 me.
AND the best thing is, i haven't even finished my 1st bottle, i have a little left and with that i'm hoping to gain at least 2.5 pounds so that i wud gain a total of 10 pounds. =) Super! So that was the good news.

For the not so good news or for sum ppl bad news is -- MY tummy!! Gosh i have put on weight there in my midsection and i had the tiniest waist. IT IS still small but i have a punch now. AND FRANKLY i'm not bothered by that b/c it's definitely NOT the only place that i've gained weight i'm slowly filling out. And heck i'd fix that stomach in NO TIME, as soon as i reach my weight gain goal!!

ooh hey Jenn....ya chic, definitely keep us posted. And what u said about high school cheerleader, i can sooo relate to that. With me ppl think i'm 16 and i'm like no i'm 18. Save the looking younger comments for when i'm old and need it!

I am thinkin aout ordering the Ectoplan as well. I was weighing 142 lbs abd have dropped down to 130 lbs. NOT COOL for me at all. Im use to having my hips and this isnt me at all. Reading the comment have me half and half. Im trying to find something safe and that will do the job. Im hesitant now about ordering now! Thinkin!, Thinkin!

i bought the ectoplan tablets also and i really wanna gain weight. im 19, female, 107lbs. i really wanna know if the ectoplan tablets work because all powder shakes dont appeal to me. they so disguisting and i throw up as soon as i mix everything together. UGH!! i really need to know what works! pills are so much easier to me because you only have to taste the bad taste for a few seconds vs me drinking 3 glasses of nasty shakes. can anyone let me know? thanks!

It's okay for me. I take other stuff tooo along with ectoplan....so ALL 2gether helps me. u should keep posted and say whether it works 4 u.

im 5'8 and i weight only 109. i am 17 and it takes me forever to to gain weight....i bought these pills and im waiting for them to come.how much do u gain in the 1st week.

Hi every1 im 19 and I weigh 95plbs n im 5'4 I've been under weight my whole life but I believe alot of it has 2 do w/ my genes. My whole family on my moms side is tall and thin, mostly every1 is fine w/ their weight except 4 me I hate it my weight has controlled my entire life since I was a child. I'm navaio, black and latin I live in nyc where being my weight is not a good thing ppl expect me 2 b curvy n the only curve I have r my boobs which believe it or not r 34D imagine caring that sh*t around @ my weight!!! yea it aint pretty. I feel like a freak n b/c it doesnt look natural which they r im always gettin the ?'s of r they real!!! I just want the anorexic, boob job, r u sick 2day ?'s 2 stop!!! so-ooo...that's my reason 4 orderin it...this is my last chance for happiness n I hope it works I need it to work.

Meme i'm not sure if u can take vitamins with ectoplan but i'm guessing that u can. U should not stop taking ur vits just b/c of ectoplan. IMO i think that it may even help with weight gain. i take my vits as usual.

Elisha babe OMG u and i ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SIMILAR. First of all i'm spanish, indian and black. only thing is everything on me is small, boobs and everything. yes i'm slowly filling out but i think b/c i'm so obsessed about it, i feel like i'm going in circles. Sometimes the weight comes off and then it comes on. MY PROBLEM IS BEING CONSISTENT AND BEING PATIENT.

Also i get so down when i look at myself in the mirror. These days i'm not eating how i'm supposed to. Cuz i've been REAL busy these days, also i have not been taking my ectoplan as i'm supposed to. I lapse alottt.

AND I AM A PERSON THAT GAINS WEIGHT VERYYY SLOOWW. AND WHEN THE WEIGHT COMES ON, IF I DON'T KEEP UP THE EATING, I LOSE IT SO VERRYY QUICKLY.

It's so disheartening. So my weight is up and down, up and down. But i take other stuff as well. I don't just rely on ectoplan.

every1 always says oh you're so skinny yada yada yada. whatever!! i know i'm skinny so stop telling me bs.

hey guys,,there's alot of question about this ectoplan pills an i'm not sure if my comment would help,i would sau it's very safe to use,,i've been on an off it for about 2yrs now an it works eveytime i use it,i'm 5'4 an i startes usein it when i was only weightin 101pds,,now i'm a woopin 130pds,i don't use it that often cause i don't want to gain to much weight,i don't follow the diet either,i just eat everything that is highest in calorie for my daily intake..when i want to put on some extra pds i use the tablet for only one wk,i don't see results right away but i would see it in the next week or 2 after that,,the only side effect is the stomack,,so girls or ladies be prepare to have a punch an goodluck to those who want to try it.....

Hi. I am a 22 yr old whom is 5'9 or 5'10 and i weigh 130 lbs. since im so tall, u don't even see this weight! im obsessed wit how small my arms and legs are and how i don't have a butt. When i was pregnant 3 yrs ago with my son, i only gained baby weight and as soon as i had my baby, the lil butt and breasts and weight that i did gain just disappeared! Ive always struggled to gain weight. I have a goal to gain 20 lbs before may 22nd which is my cousins wedding. i want to fill out my dress beautifully. I just ordered the ectoplan pills like an hr ago after doing a little research on it so i really hope it helps! if there is anyone whom is my age, height, and weight plz reply to me so that we can encourage eachother on this quest. O, and im not really active. i work at a convenient store and come home. Don't have a tremendous appetite either, eat twice a day and usually skip breakfast but all this is gonna change! I will be 150 before may! lol

I HAVE BEEN TAKING THE ECTOPLAN PILLS FOR 3 WEEKS NOW, AND CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I HAVE SEEN RESULTS AND MY BOYFRIEND WHO DOESN'T EVEN NO I'M TAKING THE PILLS HAVE SEEN RESULTS. GREAT PRODUCT AND IT REALLY WORKS!
