Hi darlene,
Does the letter "E" look anything like the logo Sandoz uses on their 500mg Etodolac tablet, imprinted with E 139? Just trying to get an idea of what to look for in comparison to this one. However Sandoz in particular is the only manufacturer I know of who uses a fancy E (almost appearing italic).
So if this happens to fit your description for the type of "E" it is, I would encourage you to contact Sandoz directly at: 1-(800)-525-8747. This is the number to their customer support center who deals with product inquiries. Perhaps they may recognize your pill as being something they've made?
Please post back if you hear back from them with any additional information on its identity!
