Dulane contains the active ingredients Duloxetine (an antidepressant) and Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12). As this combined medication, it is used to treat neuropathic pain.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and headache.

I ama case of PIVD L4-L5.Pain persisting in lower rt hip and Rt calf.At times dos'nt allow me to walk beyond 8 to 10 feet.Having Tab Mythylcoblamin 500 mg od, Pragabalin 75 mg bd vovron jel.and TENS phys--apy for the last three months No relief. Rather the pain becoms un- bearable.particularly during morning and evening. Yesterday was advised by Orthopoedic to take in addition Tab Dulane 20mg.bd for two days ,no cure double the dose for two days, no relief triple the dose ie 60mg bd dosafor two days. Shall I follow the dosage..Does the medicine Dulane cotain duloxetine.?

Mri shows disc bulge at c3 to c7 and l5 n SI. I am unable to walk beyond 100metres. Doc suggested gor 1wk bed rest with medicines _ prehabalin n mecobalamin ; dulan m20 , etodolac extended release tb; diclofenac sofium n thiclochicoside alons with TENS physio n gel. How long are these safe? I am nearing 31 n can I conceive while on medication
