Dolo Neurobion Forte

Injectable. Available in Mexico by prescription. I purchased DNF at a mexican pharmacy (as prescribed), a course of treatment - 1 small box containing 3 ampules of a brownish liquid along with a second small box containing a corresponding number of new, clean, individually wrapped syringes. The DNF box of ampules, was labelled front and back with a complete list of the content of the ampules, directions for use, and warnings.Treatment for me was 1 injection a day for three days, each given by the doctor in his office.

I had no prior knowledge of Dolor neurobion forte - (not available in the U.S)., a Merck product. I was in central Mexico with a terrible flare up of sciatica. I went to a good Mexican physician - who despite our initial dual bit of the language barrier - was able to carry on a simple conversation about my condition. He explained that DNF was an anti-inflamitory also containing Vitamins B 1, B 12, and Niacin. Dolor Neurobion Forte was amazingly successful. And the addition of the Vitamin B 12 had me feeling like a new person. Where can I buy this Merck pharmaceutical sold in Mexico?

I had a terrible pain in my elbow (nerve pain for wake boarding 2 wks prior)..Enough pain that I wanted to do something to me.. I went to the hospital in Mexico and they gave me IV of pain reliever, antiimflammatory, and then another IV of vitamins mixed with B. Gave me a RX for Dolo-Neurobion Forte. The red pill that smells..but it was great.. Just completed my 2 wks and very impressed with this drug. I talked to my Dr. in the states and he said that we dont have this drug but Vit 12 helps so much with nerve damage.. This drug is like Voltraten with vitamins. Very happy with the results.

I have learned about the benefits of the nuerobion and purchased a total of 10 vials online. What is the correct way to take this? It is an injectible, do I mix it with biostatic water? Any information would be helpful.

I developed a debilitating migraine when I landed in Quito, Ecudor in December 2008. The hotel called a wonderful Doctor who asked me atleast 40 questions related to my shoulder pain and headache and all with the help of a translator. He prescribed me this Dolo-Neurobion. I took only one dose (1 yellow tablet) and I didn't get a headache for 3 months. Luckily I didn't discard the medicine after the trip was over.Now I got a migraine again four days ago so after seeing two diffrent doctors and trying two different meds ( one of them made me more ill by causing a panic attack and a racing heart; the other one is just a mega strength codeine which knocked me out completely) I decided to look for this Dolo-Neurobion in my medicine chest and found it. I took it half hour ago and i feel pretty good. I am really curious to know whats in it? I have been researching for hours to find some info on it but there is not much available. And thanks for tips and tricks to buy it .

I would like to know if anyone knows if this medication would work for bells palsy? I was told that this might help me with my migraines that I started getting 3 yrs ago when I got bells palsey.... I also since then have a druppy eye and teary eye.

I wrote before.. Still love the DNF. works great with pain.. arthritis. I take one when needed ..within the hour pain goes away. i have taken pills only. I asked Dr. about it..says if it works take it.. I call it my great happy red pill. the yellow pills are without the vitamins . Can buy in mexico almost anywhere ..even at Costco.

I juststart taking dolo neurobion twice daily two days ago. This a.m. I could'nt wake up because my body and head was like if I were drunk ( I never drink) now almost 12 p.m. still feell the same symptoms. Last year I was prescribed with Etodolac 400 mg. and I had the same symptoms and after 8 hours they dissappear. Please let me know what do you think. Thank you.

I concur with those who were AMAZED at efficacy of this drug. July 2008, I broke two ribs while in Mexico. After studying on-line and learning a doctor couldn't really help me I decided to forgo and doctor visits. I had some of the worst pain in my life however.

I was given these by a friend and after reading the ingredients I was incredulous, but tried them anyway.

SUCCESS, excellent pain relief far beyond my espectations.

I found you can buy the 'simalare' medicine at Wal-Mart with exactly the sam formula under the Fortical* brand for 40.60 Pesos. I paid 130 pesos last year for the Merk Product.

My brother in law is a OBGYN surgeon in Central America, i lived there for 3 years it really is amazing to me the knowledge of natural druggs and vitamins these doctors have in foreign countries that dont have the Govt, invovled in there practice He always hooks me up with good stuff that isnat as mind altering as Docs here.Viva Honduras

There are 2 types of this drug, Dolo-neurobion and Dolo-neurobion Forte, the second one includes vitamins B, Dolo in spanish means Pain. This medecine is easy to find and buy in any drugstore in Mexico, I know it for years, yes, I have teken it for back pain, specially when I fly. Yes, it is amazing, not expensive and no need for prescription to buy it, unfortunatly we can find it here in USA, I asked a friend who went to Mexico to visit some relatives to buy some for me, I'm just waiting for her, my wife has a deep pain in her right sloulder and even she saw a doctor and took the medicine has no results at all. If you ever have the chance to get some...do it, believe me...but the way...the smell is because it contains vitamin B.

I forgot to tell you you can find DNF in pills or shots for emergencies. Pica you might feel sleepy because vitamin B will relax you, because the effect in the nerveous sistem. Not all people in Mex can pay for a good doctor but goverment allows people to have access to medicine, of course there are certain kind of medicine you can get without a prescription but in this case this is a drug for pain and vitimis, it works for many cases, my wife has tendonitis in a shoulder and she got tired to pay and see doctors, we're just waiting for the medecine, I will inform you the results.

Nora, esta medicina es para inflamacion y dolor creo que en el caso de dolor de muelas el problema es una infeccion que debe ser tratada con antibiotico, para calmar el dolor puedes usar Xilocaina al 10 % y ver un dentista..suerte

For those who want to know where you can find this medecine you can visit Sanborns.com.mx this is s department store that deliveries but I dont think they can mail it to USA because the American custom and FDA, to get this medicine you need to show it is not available in USA or something similar. If you get to the sanborns web page click in Farmacia (pharmacy) and type the name of this medicine. Do not look for drugs store, you will never find it.....good luck

Hello everyone,
In the US, you can get the medicine in most hispanic supermarket for around 15 dollars the whole bottle, usually they have it at the front glass counter.
I had a terrible pain on my shoulder, I couldn't workout, took one of these and pain was gone. You can also find it as Diclo-K Biotic made my Rowes labs, this one has Amoxicillin 500mg as well as 50mg of Diclofenac Potassium

I found some of these pills up for auction. They don't mention that they are the Fuerte or Forte, but they are yellow and claim to have the B vitamins. Does anyone know if these are the same as the red pills? Or is the product up for auction a bogus item? My shoulder and I thank you for your time.

THE BEST TREATMENT FOR BELL PALSY IS ACUPUNCTURE. I HAD BELLS PALSY AND IT DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY WITH ACUPUNCTURE.

You can buy it in a Mexican store, just give them the name. I haven't tried them, but I have heard that they're pretty good.

I have problems with my cervical spine and was given Lyrica Pregabalin, which is very expensive here in the U.S. I went to Tijuana, saw an amazing doctor, who charged me $12 for consultation, that took 1.5 hrs. I must exercise, and take protein daily on a drink/smoothie. He prescribed Neurobion complejo B 30 tablets and Dolo-Neurobion 30
tablets. Pharmacy charged $23 and some change.

We get ours in TJ or Rosarito BC every time we get a chance to go there. We buy the tablets. 30 (Red) tablets in the box. There's 6 sealed packets with 5 tablets each.

I had bell palsy many years ago, and the doctors prescribed Neurobion injections for months. I did not see the magical results, but maybe it was because the injections were prescribed months after I had the bell palsy. I am currently taking Doloneurobion Forte for a bursitis problem; it seems to be working. My doctor in the U.S. Saw the pills, and, after doing some research, and consulting with his colleague who knew the pills, he told me to continue the treatment. I bought them in Mexico; they contain high dosages of Vitamin B and an anti-inflammatory.
