BL-U misunderstood-(see how a dr. cannot possibly understand my history if he thumbs thru briefly or misses something my records). I had meant one dr. I went to didn't have all my OpanaER printouts from my monthly prescriptions - he wasn't given my paperwork so didn't even know why I was there. As I said I have ALL med history prints, imaging reports (they never want disks), all my previous pain dr. monthly visit reports, then a self-compiled life history of accidents, disease dx's, etc. & their dates so dr. will know how I got to point am at now. I really feel like there is nothing more I can present to dr. records-wise-it is all there-to me it seems before even sitting with dr. he will see me & I get feeling immediately he not want to deal with me. If new laws are scaring them then they know I need pain relief just by my appearance & I have never had feeling of compassion-only frowns & hesitation what they are about to say. It seems I am a problem they not wish to address. I had heard a new regulation about some states have limit on how many chronic pain patients a dr. can treat now-is that true?

Karen I have ordered twice and at first I took like 3-6 mgs. ..no relief..then I went up to 12 mgs got a little relief. I was told not to give up find a good vendor find thr strain that works best fir you. I think my tolerance is too high to get really good reliefs. Thank you for posting son more vendors, im gonna try again. This will be my 3rd time. I wonder if I need to increase. I have been prescribed Mscontin for 3 years and percocet and hydrcodone for about 8 years. I'm going to order exactly what you said helps your pain. Thx for posting..still not enough ppl know about kratom and it giving you an option. If you decide you want to lower your dose on meds. I'll stop my rx d meds for 3 days to keep tolerance down but I do believe in its analgesic properties but like I said I need to find my dose and if making a tea? Capsules definitely dont do a damn thing for me. With all said I still haven't found a good quality batch yet. I think one or two may have been half way decent

A crying shame! Doctors should just forget about taking the oath, because they really do more harm than good. Insurance companies pay them in 15 min blocks for office visits but this should not stop them from taking time to listen to a patient. The next doctor that gets on his/her high horse with me and tries to mismanage my pain will be a little lighter in the wallet and his fancy car will be repossessed. What gives them the right to assume someone is a drug abuser and just pull them of meds suddenly. If my doctor did that I would end up in the emergency room or possibly die at my age.

Chris, do you have copies of your medical records from the last Dr that treated your pain in their entirety? That means you haven't removed any pages? What do you mean when you say no Opana ER printout? Or did I misunderstand?

Robert Have you tried ordering from online? There are some great sites, try Kratom Infusion. They have a great sample pack. Bumble Bee Vietnam is my favorite for pain.
Kratom Therapy, and Coastal Kratom are also worth a look. I have ordered from all of them and like Kratom Infusion the best. Hope this helps. Karen

Any pain specialists in the Fredericksburg VA area that won't put you thru a ridiculous hassle to get some pain relief with meds?

You will need recent MRI's and possibly other diagnostic tests to price you have a medical reason to be in pain severe enough to require pain management. You also need to research New York State Laws governing pain management.because they have gotten stricter than other states.

BL-I appreciate your "realistic" additions to my situation-actually I am totally aware of everything you have said, just perhaps have not indicated so since brain taxed along with rest of me. If I could find a dr. to offer ANY type or dose of pain med then of course I would jump at it-I realize Drs. have their own ideas of what should be & almost NEVER give large dosages at first even with all my documentation (I have med history printouts from last 3 yrs plus can get up to ten years if needed). When I go to appts. always give dr. my printout of what I have been taking along with all imaging reports which now I have brand new ones since mine were older. Then I have monthly visit reports printed up from past pain mgt dr. that are 2 pgs each which have my vitals, dx's, progress from previous month, then comments from dr. including his treatment plans. I usually also include a summary of life history leading me to my present condition (lists all auto accidents, diseases, etc. & their dates showing my progression to this point). That is usually too much to read for them, however at least it is all there for them to thumb thru while I am there so they know what need to ask me at the apt. Never have I seen a dr. read my paperwork before apt tho-they always go to look at it when they come in the room. One dr. actually asked what I needed to see him for since all he saw in papers was my Prolia inj. for osteoporosis-he didn't have OpanaER printouts, imagings, nothing. It would seem obvious tho without those that I was in pain & he being a pain mgt. specialist that why I was there. He then told me could not treat since my BP was too high. Told me go to ER-now I was almost 2 hrs. away from home & he acted like I came there for a check-up. Anyhow, I appreciate your more direct comments since there is a lot of useful info in your statements. Thanks,

I recently moved to New York but have been suffering from the billeting migraines and chronic back pain for the past 10 years of my life. As we all know though when you're younger you face a lot of resistance when it comes to getting the proper family vacation. But question is, I recently moved to Brooklyn New York, and have not yet found a doctor to treat my pain. If anyone of you guys happen to know a Dr anywhere around this area who specializes in a management or just a walk in clinic please please please get back to me. I would greatly appreciate it. I've been better rated for the past 3 days from the pain so I really need to get rid of it. Thank you so much guys. Could you respond to me and send me a list of real doctors name and number and would be less biased and not discriminate against me, which happens often.. my dad beat be with a baseball bat and ruined my lumbar spine. I got through life along with my femar and pelvis, all of which are not able to be fixed. in the words of the doctor, there is those surgical interventions, so I suffer from chronic pain and day in and day out, but now its flared up recently which is why I need to find a doctor around this area. I'm 28. help me out because recently my back began to act up and I'm in debilitating pain on a daily basis. Thanks

Indiana's so backwards they even recently made Kratom illegal. God can't make a useful plant without Indiana criminalizing creation. (Lincoln said 4 words about Indiana: "Here I grew up." I add another 4: "Here I am stuck.")

Chris, you need to realize that i too may not get a rx on your first visit. You also need to realize that it will be almost impossible, if not impossible, to find a Dr that will rx you the same meds at the same doses you were taking. And when a new Dr gives you a rxs it is highly likely that it will be a low dose mild pain Med. Or you can continue to waste your money and not have anything for your pain. It is your choice.

Co to FL-I was online but don't know your name so I couldn't talk to you - I am going to a clinic found online with new x-rays-don't have Medicaid or care-not qualify many reasons but tried with attys so I know am not eligible-been to Dr. Ortilini (felt he should help me) but he was one of drs. who came right out & said he not write scripts for new patients period because new laws scare him & he not want lose license. See how ridiculous this is here? No reason a pain mgt specialist of over 25 yrs should be afraid to treat with meds if it is warranted but he is & not afraid to say so. He was about 3rd dr. I went to appt. physically. He DID refund my money however unlike most have kept it (up to $500 1st visit fees). Cannot afford these "no help" appts that keep $$ for taking BP, not even giving me referral to another dr. who may help me. I am losing psychologically since feel like discrimination against me since I need pain meds to take away pain that I cannot exercise away or massage away. I have trained brain self hypnosis to tell myself it not hurt-even studied bio etc. but in end my body is stressed so much it just gives up & I become nauseas, faint, & have even blacked out twice. I lay on the couch giving up now cuz pain just taking it outta me no strength or will left. Only my best friend is keeping me going really. Sorry gotta quit not able to type. Thank you for caring, Chris

Every state Medicaid must provide transportation to and from medical appointments because it is a Mandatory Federal Medicaid Benefit. But not every state will pay for you to go to the pharmacy. Also each Medicaid Managed Care Organization like Amerigroup may have extra restrictions and/or benefits.

@Chris East Daytona I'm worried I haven't heard from you since you had a somewhat negative Dr visit. Are you ok? Have you tried kratom? You can get it in the mail within 2 days usually spend 20$ or less to help me get by when I have problems or waiting for my meds withdrawal is no joke. So am I correct to say that you now have no meds not even the 120/ mg or equivalent? Genesis I really think will give that reduced regimen. Something is better than nothing. I still say give them a try especially if your insurance will cover. I'm not clear I you are cash or have insurance. If you have Humana fir Medicare HMO or Medicaid Amerigroup they will pay for taxi, even if its that far. My Dr is 43 miles one way . At first it Humana paid my taxi ?? now Amerigroup pays and they help take you to pharmacy multiple if need be.

I can't talk right now...I am in severe pain in my left shoulder. but I wanted to say thank you for writing, and I will clarify, plus let you know the information that I got yesterday, later on tonight or tomorrow, when I am able to type without pain (I can't type one-handed..."have" to type 2 handed, and since noon, I have taken 1 1/2 times the dose I am supposed to take, and it still has not helped.

Take care, everyone!
