Can you tell me about any doctors who can prescribe Vicodin

Theresa I no it's very confusing I've had 2 post many times & now I'm better. @ it. I no I saw ur post... I've been trying 2 help when u can . It's a bit frustrating but it's so nice 2 find people that r trying 2 help. & yes sometimes they reviewed messages that I found didn't make it. I haven't found that special place yet. Got more info & better treatment in the ER. Sad I had 2 go 4 thanksgiving but I couldn't stand this. Med. problems. ER doc truly wanted 2,help... Yet I new better than 2 ask 4 stronger med. docs don't want 2 prescribe much . So Tylenol 3- 2 get off this tramadol. If we can @ least help inform a few about BAD drugs or our reactions 2 them it's helpful & a shame . As soon as I can find better I hope We can . Will let I no. It's the pain management that gets stuck. No shots I won't do that again. Cost pain etc. Even if u do have some fibromyalgia & still in pain they should help. Wish I would have known more but the first ER doc a few yrs ago put me on the tramodol bad. Withdrawals still going through. & watch out 4 Savella it's even worse. Studying these reactions from a lot of people. It's nice MJC seems. 2 have found some help . We've Been trying 2, help. Xox hope 2 no more on Monday.

Hello. I will ask who ever will be kindly to answer... I see Karen from Columbus see 2 be here alot... I not sure.. if I am in the right area or where to direct me. I posted a question. about trying 2 find a dr that willing 2 write pain meds from southern ohio or border of kentucky cant find my thread. I explain stuff what I been thru like shots & ect. I willing to go toward athens or columbus.,I did everything... I hate to repeat my self if I can only find my thread... I very new in here... F100 I have a very long 38 yr disease ..as u might hv read 4 bowel resections..very serious ..currently 2 fistulas and another structure ...w additional painful complications ..I left a message to speak with the dr..I would fly to CA for consultation ..all my Dr's support me etc.. my files are complete...no question at all.. my treatment required is very reasonable at this point anyhow just what they do here is not cutting it. .like Dr Tennant say it shortens yr life improperly treated.. and thank you for trying to help..greatly appreciated....

F100 have a friend I haven't seen in yrs. Not sure where yet in cal. She moved. & getting married soon. Did read the info tennant had up it's nice 2,no he's fought 4 pain issues wish all states would WAKE UP.

Had 2 laugh a bit ... Remembering how we used 2 joke that users of green drive slow & paranoid yet the drinkers just go .... It was so nice 2 get out & I no every one likes it when I can they miss us. & we miss them..

Gin ... Yrs. Yes of any pain causes all 2 hurt. The alcohol sales had gone way up. So many I've known died or hurt themselves & others. It's so sad. If u say u want 2 get better then spend all this time. Money etc,. Doesn't help makes u feel like ur doing wrong. Still trying 2 get off the tramadol. I said b 4 I had 2 practically sit do calm spent the whole morning up getting 2 get their 2 c my doc . Told her wat ER doc said she didn't even really remember my pain Bering so bad so gave me script 4 Tylenol 3 . Wow thanks do much. I no it's not sting enough like the ER doc said he felt do bad but I knew this b 4. Yes who's going 2 take u if u can't get there. Takes so long 2 get in . So we keep trying but wen I said no more shots they said 1 more script o goody of this tramadol & I'd need.2, find someone else. Ha that's wat there all saying. So I've had a few hrs . Sleep did force myself 2 get a few groceries & play with the pets was do nice but short live. & I hate 2 say it but if I need 2 take e few extra of these T-3 I will . I want off this tramadol trap. Thanks f100. I've been rereading some info we've all posted I say all should it's do much info e 4 get. Like Savella. Bad bad bad. Sent me 2 another planet & they don't want 2 hear u. So off we go. they are in a co-op type thing. their names are on the prescription slips, tennant is in west covina ca. two are in pomona ca. and one is in rowiand heights ca. they all treat intractable pain, forest tennant has a handbook guide for intractable pain patients. Dr. Forest Tennant 338 s. glendora ave. west covina ca. 626-919-0064, Dr. Lloyd Costello 1902 royalty drive suite 130 pomona ca, 909-469-9494, Dr. Martin J. Porcelly 336 ervilla st. pomona ca. 909-620-1955, and Dr. Adam Hy 18897 colima rd. suite B rowland heights ca. they all have their own places but work together to treat pain patients, Dr Tennant brought the other 3 in to help people in intractable pain. I see Dr. Hy and have seen Dr Tennant before then. Tennant found Dr. Hy for me. Good luck to all I've been dealing with my pain for over 20 years. Dr. Tennant says only way to treat intractable pain is with high dose of opiates, He helped get law passed in ca. so drs. could prescribe high er doses of meds. hope any helps

I understand what you're saying. But it's in the contract that I have the right to refuse any treatment offered to me. And the doctor even told me that he won't push it on me. But he knows I'm going to be going to physical therapy too so he said that he wanted to see how I did after a few weeks of the physical therapy and the pain meds first. Like I said I might do it once just so he can see that it doesn't work. I don't want to do anything to make this doctor decide not to treat me. And he was mindful of my hepatitis C and didn't prescribe the crap with all that ibuprofen in it because of the risk of more damage to my liver. He was nice but to the point. But he liked that I had a plan to try to get better. I know some of you have no way to get better but if you can make them believe that you don't have the want to be on the medicine forever it might help. It did with my doctor. But most importantly he believed my pain and actually wanted to help. I'm very grateful that I found this place. I wish everyone could be so lucky. I feel for everyone going through what I was going through. I know how tough it is, especially when you're own family doesn't believe you.

Theresa I hope I got that right. I'm in ohio & am tying 2 get better. Had. 2 take 1 tramadol & am being weened off. Tried 2 stop all together but went to ER. Low dose of codeine helping but we no it's not strong enough. Yes dilated helps. A bit better than Xanax . At least I no wat these do . I feel comfortable now. But hated 2, take the tramadol have sleept in days. Peace & quiet is actually very defening

I am an RN with my Bachelors degree. You as a patient have a right to say no to any kind of procedure! That's all they want to do up here is either give injections, which by the way are very painful, really don't work, cost more, & you have to go back to get more. They also TRIED pushing Tramadal (Ultrum) on me, but I know better than that...they do not work, worthless, & you are wasting your money! Oh they also want to try physical therapy....forget it! I hurt too bad & I am not going to waste my money on useless "alternatives." I just want my pain medication like I use to receive before my doctor retired! Nobody in this state Illinois is willing to give them out unless you're dying & I feel like it. I am 5'6" tall & weigh under 100Ilbs because I do not even feel like eating or getting out of bed. Why don't they get on the tobacco/liquor industry....because the government makes too much money off of them. Look at ALL the people who have died from smoking even non-smokers, & alcohol related accidents. I have had many of loved ones die from both. The stupid DEA!!!!

MJC Once I said no 2 the shots none want 2 c me. It's sad. I'm practically screaming inside. Made it downstairs earlier took some care of my pets they were so glad 2 c me & play 4 a few hours it's like they no. I no they do .

MJC :~) Happy 4u. Hoping 2 get the right help here 2. The hardest thing is that u no what's helped & feel soo better but can't get a doctor 2 give u the meds.?some don't even want u 2 come back. Or ask 4 better meds. I'm glad 4 u !! I'm thinking I should have gotten a lawyer who's seen me 2 ask 4 help we don't have the time 2 keep waiting & going here & there 2 get sent away !! Stay on touch .. My best had 2 put up my best 2 just get in & c about geting off the tramadol. Like she couldn't believe I was still in do much pain she's seen me do I did. Got a low dose of codeine I no it's helping a bit but not sting enough

He mentioned shots but I was told I have the right to deny to have them done if I choose to. I might try it once but those scare me. I've heard some really bad stories about them. But for now I'm finally starting to feel normal and actually have some energy and it's just day one.

MJC so glad 2 hear ... & he doesn't want u 2 do any shots .? They all. Want that here . Hope u get a good med. 4 fibro. That's wat stared this & even made things worse. B careful & soooooo glad 2 no !!!!

For once I have good news. I found a doctor at a pain clinic that actually listened to me and didn't treat me like a drug addict and actually prescribed me something that will help my pain. So if I can get help I know that you guys can too. Don't give up the fight. Also my neurologist that I saw Monday thinks I have fibramialgia (spelling?) So that explains a lot of the pain when something touches my skin and/or muscles. I am actually feeling like things might get better now.

NJSHORE & all . Please I hope all r ok I haven't heard from or seen Marriane , Co. MJC. Etc. Ok I sent a message 2 dr. Kelley think u got that right hope 2 hear back. Will let u no. If u search doc in cal . Finally found. I'm holding on tight ... Wish we could talk. Wish u could stay with the ER doc. He really wanted 2 help. Staying off tramadol feeling clearer realizing how bad it's done for me. It does change u. Wish I would have been better told. Still no sleeping much. Still shaky & the body jerks. Jolting me
